About Sarah

I grew up in England and came to Tacoma WA in 1989 to live in the L`Arche  community there.  L`Arche is an international organization  of communities of people with and without developmental disabilities who live and work together, creating homes of love and compassion.

I have been doing this work since 2006 and in private practice since 2009. My background is in education, I hold a Bachelor of Education (Honors) in mainstream and special education. I studied with the Intuitive Mind Program and continue to train to teach the advanced classes in that program.
I practice Healing Touch, “an energy therapy in which practitioners consciously use their hands in a heart-centered and intentional way to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.. Healing Touch is a biofield (magnetic field around the body) therapy that is an energy-based approach to health and heal-ing.” (from the Healing Touch website)

I hold a neutral, loving space so that you can receive the healing that is for your best and highest good.
Energy work complements and enhances all personal growth work.

My Vision is: To help people consciously connect with their own Spirit and with Source, to foster healing in individuals, families, communities and the world.

In 2005 I took a class called `Developing Your Intuitive Mind`, Level 1,  from Nancy Rebecca and Yvonne Kilcup, founders of the Intuitive Mind Program. I loved the class, experienced some  big changes in my relationships and continued to take classes. I learned an active form of meditation and how to consciously notice the energy flowing through my energy field in it`s different forms, it was so different from other types of meditation and I especially loved learning how to open up my intuition, which I was sure I didn`t have! I trusted Nancy and Yvonne when they said that the techniques they taught would help me to clear my energy field of old outdated energy and that I would experience healing at many layers and levels of my being. I had to trust that this was so because I sure as anything didn`t `see`, `feel` or `notice` anything different about myself at the time. I set aside a few minutes a day to meditate and release old energy that was in the past. About two months later , when my parents came for a visit, I was astonished to feel and notice a very big difference in my interactions with them.The changes within me were subtle yet powerful and led me to explore this work more deeply.

I spent two years being mentored by Nancy and Yvonne in the `Advanced Intuitive Development` mentoring program and surprised myself by loving everything about the work and especially reading auras.  I have continued to do Clairvoyant Aura Readings professionally and I also now teach for Intuitive Mind the level 1 class that I myself took back in 2005.
